Special dough with a distinctive flavor

Hachihachi is proud of its special dough. The secret soup is made by blending about 10 kinds of fruits and vegetables with chicken bones, and simmering it for 4 hours. Furthermore, by adding Japanese-style dashi made from kelp and bonito flakes to this soup, a deep-flavored and flavorful dough is created.
